Jim McNabb – President & CEO
Jim McNabb founded Staffing Technologies in 1994 in a small Atlanta office, and is responsible for setting the company’s strategic vision and goals. Under McNabb’s leadership, Staffing Technologies has grown to include additional technology staffing offices in Washington, Texas, Tennessee and Singapore, representing Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, The Home Depot, and Expedia. Since 2007, McNabb has also launched three new businesses under the Staffing Technologies Worldwide umbrella: Staffing Priorities, Epoch Medical Staffing, Financial Priorities and Nine North Consulting. McNabb’s leadership of Staffing Technologies has resulted in the company receiving a Pacesetter Award as one of the fastest growing companies in Atlanta multiple times, as well as earning numerous awards as part of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in the U.S. Before founding Staffing Technologies, McNabb served in a variety of leadership roles in staffing companies such as Talent Tree and The Systems Group. McNabb earned an undergraduate business degree from the University of Tennessee.
Randy Durnwald – CFO
Randy Durnwald joined Staffing Technologies in 2005 as CFO after spending over 25 years in public accounting with Cherry, Bekaert & Holland. Durnwald was based in Atlanta, Georgia, but serviced companies across the world including an array of clients in the Pacific Rim and Europe. Durnwald provides daily leadership for all areas of corporate finance for the company, and has been instrumental in helping Staffing Technologies Worldwide grow from a single technology staffing office to multiple offices around the world. Durnwald earned an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Georgia, and has been a CPA for 25 years.
